      Puree heavy cream, avacado, cucumber, lime juice, chicken stock, plain yogurt, garlic, sour cream, dill and parlsey to a fine smooth consistency. Whisk in milk until desired consistency. add salt and pepper. refrigerate for 45 mins, serve in chilled bowls and garnish with mint.
