I halved this recipe because it feeds a crowd. I also substituted ground chicken for the beef. I'll post the recipe as listed, but it fills an 8 quart stock pot. It does freeze beautifully in case you want to have leftovers for later. Or, if you were having a chili feed this would be the recipe to try. Recipe courtesy of Mama Loves Food.   2. Simmer for at least 3 hours or all day.
