I just wanted to thank you again for this wonderful recipe! 1st Rating: MizzNezz...boy were you right!!! This is definitely a favorite! It so so yummy and the cinnamon added a good taste to it!   1. In large saucepan on med heat, cook and crumble ground beef.
  2. Add green pepper, onion, chili powder, and garlic.
  3. Add soup, kidney beans, vinegar and cinnamon.
  4. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Serve over spaghetti, sprinkle with cheese.
