This dip goes very well with fresh vegetables. From Better Homes and Gardens.
- 453.59 g carton sour cream
- 2 (396.89 g) can diced green chilies, drained
- 59.14 ml snipped fresh cilantro
- 59.14 ml jarred salsa
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4.92 ml chili powder
- 9.85 ml finely shredded lime peel
- 2.46 ml salt
- bottled hot pepper sauce
- assorted vegetable dippers
- In large bowl combine sour cream, chilies, cilantro, salsa, garlic, chili powder, lime peel, salt and bottled hot pepper sauce. Cover and chill overnight. Serve with vegetable dippers.
