  • 2 cups dried red chilies, stems removed
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 13 cup oil
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Directions

  1. Fry chilis until roasted but not burned.
  2. Puree: chilis, garlic, 1/3 c oil, and salt.
