Loved the sweet, hot, tangy flavours in this salmon dish, what I loved most was how quick and easy it was. Will try this on the barbecue over Summer, putting the fillet in tin foil. Thanks for posting.

This was a slightly spicy, slightly tangy marinade for the salmon -- a nice, simple way to dress up the fillets if you don't have much time. However, I still prefer a longer marinating time, to really give the flavours time to soak in.

This was pretty good, but I had to knock it down one because there was barely enough sauce mixture for one 4-ounce salmon fillet (maybe we just like more sauce than other people do). Also, I felt it needed something more, so I added 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. In all, definitely a repeat, but with tweaking.

I am NOT a fish eater at all!! Don't like just about any fish.....except shell fish!! Made this because I had a couple salmon steaks and this looked like a real easy way to prepare them. I did not alter the recipe in any way AND I DID like it. I'm not a fish convert suddenly but this was quite ok!! I'll probably do it again!!! Sure was simple to do too. Thanks Lorac

This was super simple and super tasty. I only used two salmon fillets but used the full amount of the sauce and coated it on again midway through the cooking. Served with wild rice and broccoli. Thanks for posting a great weekday meal!

Love it, simple and tasty. I used half a tablespoon of chili and half a tablespoon of smoked paprika just for a different kick. Very nice recipe

Quick, easy, healthy and delicious, and it looks good, too! I made the full amount of sauce for two fillets, marinating them for around forty five minutes before baking. Will definitely make it again.

We loved the flavour of this sauce! I agree with Sackville Girl, that a little while marinating would help intensify the flavour. Or, possibly, my honey was a bit too runny, because much of the sauce ran off and stuck to the pan. However, I'm pretty sure this will become a regular meal in our household - very easy and a great combination of flavours.

I love this recipe because it is so quick and easy. The flavor blend of the honey and chili makes it really special. I served it with oven roasted potatoes.
