- 1Place salmon on lightly greased baking sheet or broiler pan and season with salt.
- 2In small bowl, combine vinegar, honey and chili powder and mix well.
- 3Spread mixture evenly over fish.
- 4Roast at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork.
