Quick and easy queso that's really good!
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1⁄2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- Place first three ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. Heat, stirring frequently, until cheeses are melted and mixture in well blended. Stir in chopped cilantro.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
