    • 4 beef steaks, rump or 4 sirloin
    • salt & freshly ground black pepper

    For the marinade

    Directions:

      Season the steaks on both sides wih salt and pepper.

      place the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

      Add the steaks to the marinade, coating them on all sides.
    4. 4
      Cover and chill until required.
    5. 5
      Remove the steaks from the fridge 30 mins before cooking.

      Five mins before cooking, preheat the broiler or a griddle pan or a george foreman grill.
    7. 7
      Cook the steaks for 5 minutes in the GF grill or 10-12 mins each side under the broiler, or to your own taste.
