This has become my go-to, favorite salsa. I love its flavors, its freshness, and its ease of preparation. Sometimes I substitute small grape tomatoes or Roma tomatoes for the large tomatoes called for in this recipe, and sometimes I add fresh garlic.   1. Chop tomatoes, jalapeno, onions and cilantro by hand, into small pieces.
  2. Mix together in a bowl.
  3. Add salt and lime juice.
  4. Mix thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  5. Remix before serving.
