This is not my recipe, however a nice Zaarite sent it to me to use with the Southwest Scramble. Enjoy!

Directions

  1. Chop tomatoes, jalepeno, onions and cilantro up by hand into small pieces.
  2. Mix together in a bowl.
  3. Add salt, olive oil and lime juice.
  4. Mix throughouly and chill in the refridgerator for about an hour.
  5. Remix before serving.
