Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, seeded,or not,according to taste and finely minced
  • 3 teaspoons lemons, rind of, finely grated

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in small bowl until well blended.
  2. Store refrigerated.
  3. Experiment- use it to replace part or all of the butter called for in recipes!

this was very good i added garlic as usual and sered it over grilled artichokes. absolutely fabulous!!!
