I love, love, love roasted veggies. You can try this with any veggies you have on hand. You can even do a combination of vegetables. This is my go to broccoli recipe.

  1. Place all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well to combine.
  2. pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. spread broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. bake for 40 minutes.
