This was very good, however I agree - there was a little too much chili powder. I'm going to make this again but with less spice.
This is a wonderful recipe! I don't own steak seasoning, so I just toss together whatever spices I'm in the mood for. I like to leave the garlic in whole cloves, and then throw them in for the last 10 minutes or so. A family favorite, I can never make enough!
I loved the flavors together
My family normally loves roasted vegetables. I cut the chili powder in half and this was still inedible......yuck, yuck, yuck. We all (5) tried one bite and had to throw it all out. Sorry.
I am such a huge fan of roasted vegetables... I had to try this. I could eat broccoli as a whole meal this way! Thank you for posting, the seasoning was perfect!!!
Sooooo good! I used about 3 T olive oil, and 4 large cloves of garlic. I wasn't sure if we would like it because we tend to eat all of our veggies briefly cooked so that they are still crunchy. This was not crunchy, but the flavor was delicious. My son usually wrinkles his nose at the smell of cooked broccoli, but not this time! We will make again and again. Thanks!!!
This has become one of our family favorites, and is very versatile...use asian spice options for a completely different taste. Great recipe!
This came out pretty good, but a little on the salty side, I think think I will cut the steak seasoning back next time, but we loved the chili-garlic flavor and the cookin method is so easy that we will make it often.
Absolutely spectacular! Love love loved it!!! Thanks for posting!!!
I made this on the grill in a loose foil packet. We thought it was terrific! I used a little under 1/4 cup of the olive oil. I did actually have a Montreal Steak Seasoning packet. I thought the chili powder was just a little too much for the broccoli. I will make this again, but cut the chili powder amount in half. Thanx for posting!
