An easy way to spice up this Asian snack.
- 1 lb edamame, in shells cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons sambal oelek chili paste
- flaked sea salt
- Warm oils, garlic and chili paste in a small saucepan, then toss with edamame.
- Serve sprinkled with flaked sea salt.
