Sure made a hit with the guests and was very easy to make. I served it with a fruit compote, Italian sausage and biscuits. No need to say "NOT" a low cal meal, but oh, so worth the cals. I used 8 0z of a taco seasoned blend of jack and cheddar cheese along with 8 oz. or regular cheddar. Yum!!!

The flavor of this dish was okay but neither my husband or I could handle the texture, we even tried putting it between two pieces of toast to no avail.

This was great! Made for x-mas brunch to go with fruit, ham and rolls, and cinnamon rolls, everyone loved it. Thanks so much!

This dish is out of this world! I inadvertently bought creamed whipped cottage cheese, and don't know if that contributed to how delicious it was. I am not being dramatic when I say that I have never tasted anything so delicious! Thanks a million, Peggy!

This is a good recipe though we thought it a bit to greasy.

I've always liked this foolproof recipe. I serve it with sliced avocados, salsa and a dobb of sour cream. Add croissants and fruit salad for a substantial brunch. Easy way to feed a crowd.

I had this recipe long ago and it is still fabulous. I just made a batch and aded fresh king crab, a little blue cheese and green onion. It was superb!

Made this for weekend company and everyone loved it. It is sooo easy!! The cottage cheese really gives it a light & fluffy texture. Add some bacon, fruit and croissants & you've got an easy, yet impressive brunch!

I've made this recipe many times, it's great for breakfast and delicious! I use a 9 x 13 inch pan and cut it into 9 pieces when done. Note that this freezes very well, I put individual servings into baggies and freeze them. To reheat, I remove the frozen serving from the baggie, place on a papertowel on a paper plate and microwave for 3 1/2 minutes. Great breakfast to take to work! This has become one of my staple recipes, I always have some in the freezer to "grab and go" in the morning.

This is simple to put together & quite good! I think next time I will add a little bacon to give it even more flavor!
