I made this tonight and I thought it has great potential to be good but was to dry for me. The bisquick needed more water. It was way to dry even after adding extra. I baked it at 350 since the oven temp isn't listed. I will try it again but make my own dough. Sorry, this needs some doctoring.

Made this tonight for dinner, and we really enjoyed it. i did cut the recipe in half and used a smaller casserole dish (8x8in), and it was just enough for 2 of us. I also added cheese in with the bisquick mix, and just used canned chili. Thanks for posting a quick and yummy recipe for a lazy night like tonight! (and im sure kids would love this...after all college students are kids at heart!)

Easy and delicious. I used homemade chili that I was trying to use up before it spoiled. Also, used reduced fat bisquick and sharp cheddar cheese. Taste was not sacrificed one bit.
