This is a real kid pleaser..welllll I must confess adults love it too.

  1. Grease 9x13 casserole.
  2. Combine baking mix, mustard, and water in a small bowl.
  3. Stir until dough forms.
  4. Press dough into bottom and up sides of dish with fingers dipped in bisquick.
  5. Cut hotdogs length wise and then in half.
  6. Place hotdogs on dough.
  7. Spoon chili over and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 mins or until heated.

I made this tonight and I thought it has great potential to be good but was to dry for me. The bisquick needed more water. It was way to dry even after adding extra. I baked it at 350 since the oven temp isn't listed. I will try it again but make my own dough. Sorry, this needs some doctoring.

Made this tonight for dinner, and we really enjoyed it. i did cut the recipe in half and used a smaller casserole dish (8x8in), and it was just enough for 2 of us. I also added cheese in with the bisquick mix, and just used canned chili. Thanks for posting a quick and yummy recipe for a lazy night like tonight! (and im sure kids would love this...after all college students are kids at heart!)
