"Mmmmnnnmmmmmmnnnnmmm. You can substitute 2 teaspoons onion powder for the minced onion. Add additional chili powder for stronger flavor. May be prepared ahead, or even frozen, but dont add cheese until ready to serve."

  • In a large frying pan, brown meat. Drain off excess fat. Add onion and pepper and cook 2 minutes. Then add tomato paste, sauce and soup. Bring to a simmer. Add chili powder and stir well. Add velveeta, and stir until melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips, or over froot loops.
