This dry rub is wonderful on steaks
- 3 dried chipotle chiles, stemmed, seeded and cut into rough pieces
- 2 dried ancho chiles, stemed, seeded and torn into rough pieces
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Grind chilies in a spice grinder until powdery.
- Whisk together ground chilies and remaining ingredients in small bowl until combined.
