- 425.24 g can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 396.89 g can whole-kernel sweet corn, drained
- 42.52 g package dried chili seasoning mix
- 14.79 ml ground flax seed
- 59.14 ml water
- 236.59 ml cooked rice
directions
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the turkey.
- Add everything else but the rice, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
