Directions

  1. Brown beef with onion and garlic.
  2. Add water, black beans, tomatoes, chilies, oregano & pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil & simmer for an hour (until sauce is thickened).
  4. Serve with tortillas.
  5. Garnish with sour cream, salsa, and/or cheese.
