This mouthwatering dish takes just minutes to prepare and is best served on rice with a veggie side dish
- Pour small amount of olive oil in pan on med heat.
- Cut chicken into small strips, and slice onions into 1/2 rings. Place over olive oil and coat with chili sauce.
- Cover until chicken is cooked through and onions are carmelized (about 10 min). Serve over rice.
