This is a great recipe if you like cheese. It is very easy and you mix everything in the baking pan. Someone made this for a food day at work and it was gone in no time.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 9X13 pan.
  2. Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Let cool and cut.
  4. Store in fridge.

I really liked this recipe. I served at a party last night. Not many people tried it to begin with, but those who did liked it. It's a good low-carb appetizer to serve. I cut it into 96 tiny pieces & called them cheese bites. My family, including Dad kind of winced when I called it Chili Cheese Fudge, so we changed the name of it before the party. It was great to be able to make it a day ahead of time. Thanks.
