- 1 lb mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 cup picante sauce
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a 9X13 pan.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
- Let cool and cut.
- Store in fridge.

I really liked this recipe. I served at a party last night. Not many people tried it to begin with, but those who did liked it. It's a good low-carb appetizer to serve. I cut it into 96 tiny pieces & called them cheese bites. My family, including Dad kind of winced when I called it Chili Cheese Fudge, so we changed the name of it before the party. It was great to be able to make it a day ahead of time. Thanks.
