Chili Cheese Dip

"This is great for pot lucks or just a snack. I'm asked to bring this to work a lot for different occasions. You can also do this in a crockpot and keep it warm for longer."

  1. This is a GREAT dip!! It makes a lot, and that's a good thing, because it goes fast! We used tortilla chips and Doritos. This is a KEEPER!!

  2. Good dip!!!

  3. Next time I will use one less can of chili and more cheese--I added some cheddar cheese and some Rotel to make it spicier. Good dip to make in a hurry.

  4. This dip is really good served over corn chips. To spice it up a little, I added some taco seasoning and extra cheese. The recipe makes a huge pot, so make sure to scale it down if only serving a few.

  5. Delicious!! I made it in a big skillet, then dumped it into the crockpot. Next time I think I'll add more cheese. Thank you Pam!
