      This recipe is a great way to use leftover chili! I liked how the rice extended the chili and added a nice thickness and texture to the burrito. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Spring Pick-A-Chef 2012

      This was really good! My DD and I made this with leftover chili...so easy! She is going to college this fall and we are trying easy recipes for her to make...this fit the bill! We used hot salsa as we like things spicy...otherwise made as written. Thanks so much for posting this...I'm sure we will make this again! ~Made for Pick A Chef Spring 2009~
