This cheese ball is great with crackers and it's easy to prepare. Recipe is from Simple and Delicious.
- 1 lb processed cheese, shredded (such as Velveeta)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- chili powder
- In small bowl, combine the cheeses, pecans and garlic salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Shape into a ball.
- Coat completely with chili powder.
- Serve with crackers.
- This recipe will make 3 cups.
