  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a very large, heavy baking pan.
  3. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the last 6 ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined (don’t overmix).
  5. Spread patter in pan.
  6. Bake until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes.
