Malcolm says these are TEN star Shadows - and I think I agree with him! What an AWSOME burger!! The combo of the chilli and beer with the beef was nothing short of a miracle........and the cumin was the finishing touch. We ate this with a tossed green salad and had jalapenos and grated cheddar cheese as a topping.......with toasted ciabatta bread buns - delicious! We cooked the burgers in a griddle pan on top of the woodburning stove, as the weather was very windy outside. I will be making these again SOON and hope to take photos next time! Wonderful recipe - 10 star! FT:-)
