This sounds simple and easy. From Hormel. Time does not include time to bake or microwave the potatoes.
- 4 potatoes, baked and hot
- 1 (15 ounce) can no-bean chili
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- sour cream (optional)
- Split potatoes in half.
- Top each with chili and one slice of cheese.
- Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream.
- Serve hot.
Awesome! My DH and lil ones loved these. So easy, inexpensive to make. Will definately make again. I didn't have cheddar so I used Colby Monterey jack cheese. Worked well.I will be making again soon. Thanks for the recipe. Made for 123 Hits
Perfect weeknight meal - easy, inexpensive, filling, delicious! I didn't have any sour cream but will definitely use it next time. Served with fresh fruit and had a great meal - thanks for sharing!
