Great dipping sauce! I used a green chili, as it's all I had on hand, and I served this with some Thai crab cakes. Very yummy! Thanks Sarah!

I wanted to make this to go with some lumpia, but I didn't have all the ingredients for the lumpia, so I made this anyway. The ginger didn't stand out very much to me, but the lime and soy sauce were a great combo. I think this would also be great brushed on some chicken breasts while grilling, or maybe even on grilled steak. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT4

The lime really takes the saltiness out of the soy sauce and makes this absolutely delightful. It worked well as a dipping sauce for potstickers as well as a topping for my steamed chicken & veggies. Simple yet tasty. Made for ZWT 2008.
