Chili and a Bottle of Beer

"We love this chili. I usually add a little more beer, about a 6 pack (on the side of course). You can add on top jalapeños, cheese, sour creme, avocado, or more beer."

  • Cook pork and beef, 1 T oil cook vegetables.
  • Cook about 5 minutes.
  • Add to vegetables: meats, tomatoes, beer, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook 1 hour.
  • Stir in corn and beans.
  • Cook 15 minutes longer.
