Excellent flavor, similar to mild enchilada sauce. Very easy to make. I added olives and fresh tomatoes, and omitted the tomato soup and cayenne. We ate it with cornbread as Loren Lou suggested. My family LOVED it!
Excellent! I used two pounds of ground bison for the meat and the extra tomato sauce in place of the tomato soup. I also cut the salt to 1 teaspoon and y'all will just have to call the PO-lice, I put a can of kidney beans in at the end! I didn't think it needed the flour thickener at all and carnivore hubby thought it was delicious and filling! LorenLou, thanks for a great recipe!
This had a good flavor. I only added 1 tsp. of salt as one reviewer said it was salty. i also increased the cumin and added one can of dark red kidney beans. Thanks, Brian

way to much salt. I doubled up the tomato and water ingredients and was still too salty.

Very nice flavor and will make you sweat. Very easy to make - or I wouldn't be doing it - and tastes great. This is the very first time I have ever made chili and because of this recipe might make it again. I believe I am going to add some beans to some leftovers and so how that is.
