Best Chili ever, recipe from my mother-in-law, and I have yet to taste any other chili that compares for me.
- 3 lbs ground chuck, cooked, drained
- 32 1⁄4 ounces Campbell's condensed tomato soup
- 16 1⁄8 ounces water
- 46 1⁄2 ounces kidney beans, undrained
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- cook the beef, then throw it all in a crock pot on low for 4-8 hours.
