My version of Chili Rellenos, I have loved them for years and this is as close as I can get to my favorite restaurant.

Directions

  1. Stuff each canned green chili pepper with one or two slices of cheese.
  2. dredge in flour.
  3. roll in egg
  4. dredge in flour
  5. roll in egg.
  6. dredge in flour.
  7. fry until golden brown.
  8. top with jar salsa.
