Delicious! This was perfect for a quick, summer meal. I used grape tomatoes, as they looked better at the grocery store than the cherry toms. And assuming the recipe is meaning to say "chipotle chilies in adobo sauce", everything else was made as directed. DH got out the deep fryer & tossed in some fries that I served with a dipping sauce to match the meal; chili sauce & thousand island dressing. The steak was pretty spicy but the avocado-tomato salad really balanced that out. We all enjoyed this recipe very much. Thanks for sharing, Abbs! Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet tag. :)
