I love edamame. Spiced up, its even better. I found this recipe in a library cookbook a long time ago, so I don't know who to give credit to!

  1. Cook edamame according to package directions and then drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat.
  3. Add edamame, salt, chipotle chile powder, pepper, and cayenne.
  4. Cook about 1 minute, stirring frequently. Serve at once.
