  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 to 2-1/2 cup casserole.
  2. Rinse peppers to remove seeds.
  3. Place peppers in single layer in casserole.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on peppers.
  5. Beat egg thoroughly; beat in milk and baking mix and pour onto cheese.
  6. Bake until golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes.
