  • 6 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 13 cup chicken broth, heated
  • 10 drops chili oil

  • In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar and garlic.
  • Whisk in the broth, blending until smooth. Stir in chili oil.
  • If desired, thin sauce with additional tablespoon of chicken broth.
  • Serve warm or cool.
