Made with cooked shrimp. From a magazine.
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 lbs cooked shrimp (about 50 shrimp)
- salt and pepper
- In a small bowl, combine the oils, juice and garlic.
- Put shrimp in large ziplock style bag and pour the marinade over the shrimp and let sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve, thread 2 shrimp on each skewer.
