- 2 green chilies, skinned, seeds removed, chopped or (226.79 g) can green chilies, chopped
- 709.77 ml chicken broth
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 473.18 ml corn, whole kernel or 473.18 ml cream-style corn
- 236.59 ml monterey jack cheese or 236.59 ml cheddar cheese, grated
- 236.59 ml heavy cream
directions
- In a large pot over low heat, combine all ingredients except cheese and cream.
- Cook until potatoes are tender.
- Add cheese and cream, and heat until cheese melts.
