Chile Con Queso Dip

"Great cheesy queso dip recipe given me by a friend. Can add cooked crumbled sausage if you like. Serve with tortilla chips."

ingredients

• 14.79 ml butter
• 226.79 g package Velveeta cheese, cubed
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 113.39 g can green chili peppers, chopped (drained)
• 425.24 g diced tomatoes, drained
• salt and pepper
• 141.74 g evaporated milk
• 44.37-59.16 ml flour

directions

1. In a large skillet, sautee onion, add peppers and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste and add milk. Whisk in flour. Add cheese and stir until melted. Can keep warm in crockpot.
