- 14.79 ml butter
- 226.79 g package Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 113.39 g can green chili peppers, chopped (drained)
- 425.24 g diced tomatoes, drained
- salt and pepper
- 141.74 g evaporated milk
- 44.37-59.16 ml flour
directions
- In a large skillet, sautee onion, add peppers and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste and add milk. Whisk in flour. Add cheese and stir until melted. Can keep warm in crockpot.
