- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 4 ounces salsa
- 2 ounces chopped red bell peppers
- 1 ounce finely chopped onion
- 1 ounce milk
- chili powder
- Place ingredients in saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring frequently until all melted together.
- Check frequently until melted to desired consistency.
- Serve with corn chips or tostados.
