"When my kids were younger, I used to make alot of bread in my breadmaker. This was one of their favorites."

• 295.73 ml bread flour
• 295.73 ml whole wheat flour
• 59.14 ml gluten flour
• 59.14 ml graham flour
• 78.78 ml dry milk
• 44.37 ml sugar
• 9.85 ml orange zest, grated
• 7.39 ml sea salt
• 4.92 ml ground nutmeg
• 157.80 ml cottage cheese, low fat
• 3 large eggs, beaten
• 59.14 ml milk
• 44.37 ml maple syrup
• 3.69 ml vanilla extract
• 19.71 ml dry yeast

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in the breadmaker pan. Program the breadmaker for whole wheat mode.
