"A simple, refreshing cocktail made with Pisco brandy. Adapted from About.com."

ingredients

• ice cube
• 2 ounces pisco brandy
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 4 ounces ginger ale

directions

1. Fill a tumbler with ice cubes.
2. Add the remaining ingredients in order.

This was an easy and refreshing drink. Usually, I do rum and ginger (very Costa Rican) or a Gin and Ginger (Gin Buck), so using Pisco was novel. Loved it! Made for Culinary Quest 2014. Thanks for posting!
