- 1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Drain and rinse chickpeas.
- In a bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Add chickpeas and toss to coat.
- Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
