Ahem! So simple and so delicious! I love chickpeas, chorizo, onion, smoked paprika, and freshly ground pepper -- these play great together in the sandbox! No added salt for me as the chorizo probably had plenty. A great dinner course for times when you desire something light yet filling with a side salad or vegetable. I cannot wait to serve the leftovers with scrambled eggs for brekkie! Yum! Thanks, Dienia! Made for ZWT8, Diners, Winers, and Chives touring Spain.

  2. Add paprika, salt and pepper.
