- Fry the chorizo with the onion.
- Add paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add drained chickpeas; cook until done.
Ahem! So simple and so delicious! I love chickpeas, chorizo, onion, smoked paprika, and freshly ground pepper -- these play great together in the sandbox! No added salt for me as the chorizo probably had plenty. A great dinner course for times when you desire something light yet filling with a side salad or vegetable.
