- 3 (12 ounce) cans chickpeas
- 1⁄2 cup chopped red onion
- 1⁄3 cup chopped red pepper
- 1⁄4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 2 (12 ounce) cans tuna
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 black olives
directions
- Open and drain well the chickpeas, and the tuna. In a
- bowl mix all the ingredients together, place in a caserole.
