  • Rinse and sort through the chickpeas for any debris.
  • Place all ingredients in the crockpot.
  • Cover and cook 6-8 hours or until chickpeas are tender.
  • Garnish each bowl with olive oil and lemon juice and your choice of remaining garnishes.
