- 2 cups canned chick-peas, drained well and blotted dry
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- Toss the chickpeas with the seasonings and spread on a nonstick cookie sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
